 1. Terms of Service

By accessing and using the website, including the web store, you agree to be bound by these terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

 1.1 Materials

My products are handmade by me and I upload photos of each product so that you can choose according to your taste. Coloring the porcelain by hand with pigments I made several samples and have the percentages noted, but there may be a subtle difference in the color or texture or shape of the item, also when you order two or more same objects at the same time.

All materials are being tested and are food and dishwasher safe, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 1.2 Stamp

All my products are stamped / signed with my signature, mostly on the base.

 1.3 Modifications

Sjölin Ceramics may revise or change these Terms of Service for its website at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.


 2. Shipping

 2.1 Pickup at my studio

For customers who live in Santiago, Chile, orders can be collected at the studio located in Providencia or by order of an external company to make the pickup on their own account within the previously agreed hours.

In case you choose one of these options during checkout, you will receive more details by email. You will not pay any additional shipping costs to the product if you choose one of these options.

 2.2 National and international shipments

I'm working on a shipping system for all of Chile and internationally. I will keep you notified about this development through the Newsletter and / or my account on Instagram.


 3. Return policy

For Sjölin Ceramics it is important that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any questions and / or doubts about the articles delivered, you can write to me through the 'Contact' page.

 3.1 Exchanges and returns

If you are not satisfied with a purchased item, it is possible to return it within 14 days of purchase. I ask you to inform me if you want to make a return and send me the tracking code of your return shipment.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be sent in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, I send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and your account will be automatically credited. Please note that I do my best to process the refund as quickly as possible, but the duration depends on the financial service provider.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return your item. You should also ensure that the item is properly packaged and protected against damage during transport. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 3.2 Changes

Each product is unique and made by me, therefore the stock will be limited in quantity. If you want to change your product, take into account that, in case there is no stock, the process of making the products takes a minimum of 3 weeks. I advise you to read 1.1 Materials and I ask you to contact me with the specifications of the desired product.

 3.3 Discounted items

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
